Approved by the National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China as a specialized motorcycle manufacturer, Guangzhou Panyu Haojian Motorcycle Industry Co., Ltd. was registered on Jul 10, 2000 as a Sino-foreign joint venture with legal personality and the right for self-import and export operation.
Situated at No. 81, Yuwotou Section, Shinan Road, Panyu, Guangzhou, where enjoys developed economy and convenient transportation, the company takes up an area of 138200 m2, with a building area of 85270 m2. The company attaches great importance on the cultivation of talents and with a highly professional staff, among whom 36% are technicians of varied specialties, 11% are senior technicians, and 8% are senior managerial staff.
After more than a decade’s development, the company has now the diverse manufacturing ability in complete motorcycles and motorcycle parts, general machineries, home appliances, as well as the R & D ability in high-tech products. The company is facilitated with modern production workshops and equipments, as well as the most advanced testing apparatus and machines, which have been used to improve the productivity tremendously and to control the quality of products effectively. All these enable the company to expand its annual production capacity to 500000 units of complete motorcycles, 300000 sets of motorcycle engines, 300000 pieces of motorcycle fuel tanks and 100000 pieces of motorcycle mufflers.
The company had applied for 131 patents in EU; and had registered the brand names “SUKIDA”, “HAOJIAN”, “KAIER” and “RARIRO” in 117 countries and ares such as China, member countries of African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), and members of Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks. The company’s main brand “SUKIDA” had been recognized successively as “Famous Brand of Guangzhou Municipality”, “Famous Brand of Guangdong Province” and “Famous Product of Guangdong Province”, etc.
In 2004, the company passed the motorcycle production entry certification set by the National Development and Reform Commission; and passed certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and GB/T28001 successively; and a large number of the company’s products had obtained ECE, EPA and DOT certificates.
The rapid development of the company and the achievements it reached had gained wide recognition from governments of varied levels: it was honored as “Advanced Entity in Economic Development of Guangzhou”, “Quality Certified Entity”, “Key Protected Enterprise in Counterfeiting Crackdown and Brand-Name & High-Quality Protection”, “Major Tax-Paying Entity”, etc.
